<span class="dojodigital_toggle_title">ID Requirements</span>

Age requirement for a body piercing is 18+ without parental consent (state or government issued ID required). We will pierce minors 16 or 17 years of age. Client must consult with piercer AND have parental consent (parent must be present). The following forms of identification and documents must be present:

A photo ID for both the parent and child. Both ID's must be state or government issued.

Proof of guardianship is required. This would be either a birth certificate or legal guardian papers.

During the piercing process the parent is required to be present for the set-up and aftercare consultation but is welcome to leave if they do not wish to witness the piercing procedure.
