Every appointment slot is reserved just for you. That time is set aside so I can give you my full attention, maintain a safe and sterile environment, and provide you with the expert care you deserve. When you cancel your appointment (especially at the last minute) it has a bigger impact than you might realize.
⏳ Last-Minute Cancellations Leave Us With Empty Time
If you cancel close to your appointment time, there’s simply no way for us to fill that spot. Piercing appointments aren’t walk-in style, and most clients need time to plan and prepare before coming in. That missed slot is time that could have been used to help someone else, especially when we’re booked solid and turning new clients away.
💸 Rescheduling Requires a $20 Cancellation Fee
To reschedule, you’ll need to return to the shop and pay a $20 cancellation fee before a new appointment can be booked. This policy helps offset the time lost and the inability to offer that slot to another client. We respect your time, and we ask for the same in return.
🚫 Lost Appointments Mean Lost Clients
When someone reaches out and I have no appointments available, they often go elsewhere. If they find a piercer they like and build a relationship with them, that’s now their client, not mine. A single missed appointment can mean more than just a gap in the schedule. It can mean losing a future loyal client.
🛠️ Why This Policy Matters
I’m a small, appointment-only piercer. My business model is built around focused, one-on-one service. Late cancellations or no-shows disrupt the flow of the day, waste resources, and take away opportunities from others who are eager to book. This is why my policies are firm and clear.

I understand that emergencies happen. But if you’re uncertain about your availability, it’s better to wait until you’re sure before booking. Respect for your piercer’s time ensures a smoother experience for everyone, including yourself.
