We have many shaped ends with no settings in stock  Check out these lightning bolt ends from Anatometal.  I think this piece looks great in a nostril piercing with the right anatomy.  This client wasnt in a rush to swap out their piercing to a hoop.  And you shouldnt be either!  Wait at least 8 months before a hoop.
