This nostril piercings was just over a year old and the client wanted to have it swapped out to a beautiful titanium threadless “Trinity” cluster set with CZ swarovski gemstones from NeoMetal.  This end always looks great in nostrils and it sits pretty flat too!  Thanks for the support.
