This fresh conch was pierced using a stunning 18k yellow gold “Tryst” threadless end from Anatometal—a beautifully detailed piece that brings elegance to this ear project. I also had the pleasure of performing the helix piercing above it, though I’m not sure what the client ended up wearing in that one.
